Sole Proprietor

I started my company, Downriver Window Washing, in 2003. I am a sole proprietor. I serve all of Downriver, Michigan. I sometimes travel to Monroe or Oakland Counties. I am located in Wyandotte 

     All work is scheduled and done by myself.  I do not overbook. I'm neat, quick, careful, efficient and trustworthy. 

          I have subcontracted for two large local window cleaning companies in the past. I believe that I'm able to provide better service, as an independent. I now work solely for my own clients. They seem to notice the difference!

Hire an independent

          When you call other companies that are not owner-operators, you are hiring an employee or subcontractor. In the case of subcontractors, the company will not accept any liability. 

           In either case, you don't get the same degree of accountability. The person that schedules the jobs is merely a middle man. It seems like everyone wants to pass the buck. I guess that's okay, if you do mediocre work.  

I appreciate referrals. I specialize in residential accounts, although I would be happy to add new business accounts. I have been building a loyal client base and would love to have you as a new customer!
